2024 Olymipics Opening Ceremony Parish Viewing Party

On Friday, July 26, the Summer Olympics will begin in Paris with a historic entry as the athletes are processed into Paris on boats down the Seine River for the entry of nations and opening ceremony. While the event will be televised at 12pm, prime time coverage begins at 7:30pm and this year there will be viewing in a number of movie theaters around the US. We recently installed our permanent video projector with a sound upgrade so we can offer such an opportunity here.

• Bring Potluck snacks to share
• BYOB – bring your favorite beverage/s – we will have water, ice tea and lemonade.
• Gather a group and decorate a table for a winning prize – (USA, Olympics, another native country in the Olympics)
• All welcome! All must remain in the hall and participate in the viewing not creating distractions.
